Question:I don't know what mentality I have.Sometimes,my mood is very high,but sometimes it's very low.When I meet some problems in my work,my mood will be stressed for a long time,having no idea to do anything,having no appetite,

and can't fall asleep sometimes.So,how to adjust the low spirit?

4.Take more exercise:Taking exercise can reduce the stress and have great help to the body and mind.Although the low spirit can affect the motivation and physical strength of the exercise,make people don't want to move,just want to sit and stay quietly.But the more you don't want to move,the more you should move activily.

  Even only a small movement can also help you a lot.Exercise can prevent the onset of the depression.It's helpful to build up one's strength.Exercise can also get out of bad mood quickly,and ease depression in short time.
