How to remove psychological sub-healthy status

First,you need to pay attention to your unhealthy psychological performance and do not evade or shuffle. Put forward to change the status to yourself.

Secondly,at the time of setbacks or failure,deal the problem with encouragement and alert positive self-talk methods instead of discouraged or compromise methods to push yourself to take effective action to overcome the difficulty;
