1.Explore.Driving at night,going camping,even jumping over the fence to see the scenery on the other side can be the happiest experience of a year.

2.Participate in more.When we are at a wedding or dinner,in order to have fun,you should go to the dance floor and find a partner to dance with,instead of eat or drink on the side.

3.Invite friends to dinner.The food do not have to be excellent.Find a few wooden box as a table.Have some homely food.There will be more laughter.

4.Take a nap on a Sunday afternoon.This is comparable to the sleep at 10p.m. Try if you have doubt.

5.Buy some furniture.Buy some wooden chairs at a flea market,also a lamp which does not match the furniture.Paint them,a unique charm will come out.

6.Come home early.Leave yourself more spare time,listen to your favorite music and turn it up.Then you may get the same joy as going out to play.

9.Eat something. Go out to eat, and chose a cheap restaurantoccasionally, maybe nothing delicious , but you are relaxed and happy.

10.Make a new friend. Whenever you make a new friend, you have the opportunity to share your experiences, your mind  will be more abundant.

11. Change a little. When you have your hair cut or order, don’t always answer with ’the same as before ’ .try a new hairstyle which makes you look good,or new dishes,you will feel in a different way.

12.Learn to say no.when your friends invite you to a party you don’t want to,refuse in a polite way,so you won’t be too tired.
